TLC Restoration offers expert consulting and remediation services to national insurance companies for drying, cleaning and re-construction of commercial losses.  We also provide insurance adjusters with access to a copyrighted structural drying cost estimating calculator.

EMERGENCY RESPONSE - Within 1 Hour of Loss Notification
Our specialized emergency management and response services are offered to major insurance company underwriting departments, insurance brokers, accounting and law firms. (Our response is typically within one (1) hour of notification of loss.)



The purpose of this program is to help your  insured(s) quickly get back in operation after sustaining severe water damages.
The program has two major Phases.


  • Phase One:  shoring, water extraction, deodorizing, air purification, freeze drying documents, climate control, protection of building and contents from additional damage.
  • Phase Two: cleaning and restoration of building and its contents, reconstruction, specialized drying, art restoration, and carpet restoration.

All work is performed by trained and insured personnel utilizing specialized drying equipment. If both Phase One and Phase Two work is performed through TLC Restoration, this work will be guaranteed for two (2) years.
